Large To-Go Orders
Company lunch? Friends coming over? Treat them to delicious slow-smoked barbecue and all the fixins’. We’re happy to prepare large to-go orders for pickup for your next catered event. Order from our regular barbecue menu with the exception of fried items, which are not available for large to-go orders. We ask that you give us a week’s notice for catering pick-ups. Orders are not finalized until approved via email by our management team.
Pickup
Plan ahead for large to-go orders by contacting us at least a week in advance. Let us know what you’d like and when you’d like it, then stop by the restaurant to pick it up. We do not offer delivery or off-site catering at this time. Fill out the form on our Contact page to get started.
The BBQ
Our barbecue is prepared with our house-made dry rub, a special blend of spices and seasonings, then slow smoked over hand-cut mesquite wood. Get it to go with all your favorite sides, including salads, coleslaw, corn, beans and more, for your next catered event.
